TREE READINESS
All trees offered in our shop are well-established and healthy, rooted for at least two full growing seasons. Because each tree is unique and each order personal, we handle every shipment individually.
WHEN WE SHIP
While our shop is open all year round, we only ship trees during the dormant period – typically from October to March – to avoid stress and damage to the living plant.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).
We also offer:
- Personal pickup from our garden in Czechia (by appointment)
- Delivery to the Trophy in Belgium (if arranged in advance)

HOW SHIPPING WORKS
- We use reliable carriers such as DHL or pallet transport services.
- Trees are packed in a custom wooden structure that ensures maximum stability and safety during transport.
- Typical delivery time is around 7 working days from the moment of dispatch.
- You will always receive a tracking number once the shipment is sent.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated individually based on the size and weight of your tree and your delivery location.
As a general rule:
- You will receive an exact shipping quote before the order is finalized.
- We will wait for your approval before proceeding with the shipment.
