Scots Pine / Pinus sylvestris
"Twisted Bunjin"
A large and tall Scots pine yamadori with a twisted trunk and lots of natural movement. Its long, unusual line makes it a good candidate for a bunjin (literati) style.
The pine was collected in 2023. In spring 2026, it was repotted and all the original soil was removed. It is now growing in a mix of akadama, pumice and lava. Since repotting, the tree has responded very well and is growing strongly.
The tree is healthy and ready for future styling.

This is a large tree and shipping would require pallet transport. Because of its size, personal pickup at Yamadori Studio in Czechia is preferred. However, shipping can be calculated individually based on the destination.
