Oriental Hornbeam / Carpinus orientalis
"Three Trunks"
A middle-sized yamadori with three wild trunks emerging from a shared base and complemented by an aged natural hollow. The material offers several possible directions for future development. One natural option would be to preserve all three trunks, resulting in a more untamed and naturalistic composition.
This yamadori has an unconventional structure and the potential to become a memorable bonsai.
